Cold water units

With capacities starting at 6.000 kcal/h up to 620.000 kcal/h and condensation with water or air, Körper cold water units are compact, easy to install and operate, and are delivered ready for use.

Carbon steel cabinets with electrostatic painting are weather resistant, and the equipment can be installed without weather protection.

Complete, with water tank, pump and non-oxidizable hydraulic circuit, they operate with temperature adjustment from 5 °C to 25 °C for tubular heat exchanger and 7 °C to 25 °C for brased heat exchanger.

The refrigerante fluid used can be R410A or R407C, both ecological.

The new control PLC’s with exclusive control of cooling capacity guarantee greater energy savings and operational safety, better process temperature stability, as well as less risk of failures and breakages.

It also has a decimal temperature adjustment of 0.1 °C and control accuracy of an incredible 0.6 °C (with a variation of ± 0.3 °C) in the nominal operating conditions, with a process load ranging between 65% and 95% of the equipment’s cooling capacity.

In addition to all the advantages mentioned above, this upgrade has a significant impact on increasing the service life of the equipment.
